Job Description
Site Manager (Housing)

An established main contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a housing project located in Wexford. We are looking for a candidate with a background in managing projects of similar scale within the housing sector.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience at Site Management level working a main contractor or developer
  • High volume housing experience preferable (40 units +)
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume high-quality housing projects (Ireland or UK)
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
Role & Duties
  • Ensure that works are carried out in compliance with planning, H&S, quality standards
  • Full responsibility for project out-turn from tender stage through construction and handover
  • Support management of project budget in conjunction with the wider team - QS etc.
  • You will prepare project, programme, risk management plans
  • Responsible for flow of information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners, on your site
  • Manage the site team, both direct and indirect, ensuring the project is running to programme
Package
  • Basic salary circa €70k -€80k
  • Travel Allowance / Company Van
  • Pension
