Job Description
Project Manager (Construction) 
Project Manager required for a leading Main Contractor to look after several Residential and Warehouse projects in the Swords, Dublin.
Duties- Oversee the successful completion of multiple construction projects, taking full responsibility.
- Establish and maintain systems to monitor, review, and control budgeted or agreed-upon expenditures.
- Implement the Company's Cost & Value Management procedures, ensuring all necessary commercial reports are produced accurately and promptly for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with Directors and Site Managers to support and recommend strategies, identify potential risks or issues, and find suitable resolutions.
- Prepare and distribute monthly progress reports for Senior Management.
- 3rd Level Degree
- Over 10 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Currently working in a multi-project contracts manager role.
- Basic salary €110k - €120k DOE
