This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high end quality homes for a new upcoming 200-unit development in the scenic Surrey countryside.

About the role of Site Manager

We're working with a leading residential developer that has a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to join an upcoming development. This new site will be a Traditional build housing development with a mixture of private sales and HA.

What We're looking for

The ideal person will have worked as a Site Manager with a strong background in new build residential construction and the ability to successfully drive teams to exceed targets and deliver quality homes with outstanding customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on New Build housing developments
• In depth knowledge of NHBC / LABC Standards, H&S legislation and building regulations
• A hands-on approach to leadership with the ability to drive progress and mentor and develop your team
• Confidence in coordinating subcontractors and engaging with both internal departments and external stakeholders
• Highly organised, quality driven and proactive in problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft packages
• CSCS, SMSTS, 1st Aid
