Job Description

Role: Site Manager

Projects: Large-scale Residential & Commercial

Essentials: Construction Degree; 3+ years' Site Management experience in Ireland/UK

Location: Galway

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000

Package: Company car, pension, 26 days annual leave, income protection, health checks, life assurance and more.

Reporting into: Project Manager

Oversee the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage subcontractors, site logistics, welfare facilities, and workforce activities while maintaining full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Monitor quality assurance processes, inspections, BIM workflows, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate short-term programmes, track progress, identify delays, and support commercial activities through accurate site records and material management.
Liaise with clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
Drive a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while supporting and developing site teams.
