Site Manager - Galway City

Role: Site Manager

Projects: Large-scale Residential & Commercial

Essentials: Construction Degree; 3+ years' Site Management experience in Ireland/UK

Location: Galway

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000

Reporting into: Project Manager

• Oversee the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, welfare facilities, and workforce activities while maintaining full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Monitor quality assurance processes, inspections, BIM workflows, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate short-term programmes, track progress, identify delays, and support commercial activities through accurate site records and material management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
• Drive a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while supporting and developing site teams.
