Key Responsibilities:

• Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
• Deliver great customer service while transporting our guests to local facilitates
• Greet all customers with exceptional service
• No cash handling as the service is complimentary for guests
• Drive the park shuttle bus or minibus on scheduled routes around the park and to nearby destinations as required
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers at all times
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults or issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle(s)

Experience/Skills Required:

• 'D' category driver's license and valid CPC
• A 'can do' attitude and appetite to work as a team
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
