Job Description

A Tier 1 construction company is seeking a Site Engineers to join its expanding team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile residential landmarks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the project team throughout all phases of construction
  • Liaise daily with design teams, subcontractors, and site management to ensure smooth coordination
  • Review and verify civil engineering designs, models, and drawings for accuracy and compliance
  • Implement and monitor QA procedures, including concrete pour checks, RFIs, and resolution of technical issues
  • Support the implementation of safe working practices and site safety standards
  • Track and report on materials, plant, and logistics to ensure efficient site operations
  • Maintain accurate records and produce regular progress reports
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with a main contractor
  • Strong background in civil engineering works including roads, drainage, utilities, and site development
  • Proficient in GPS, robotic total stations, and levelling equipment
  • Excellent IT skills, with working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
