Site Continuous Improvement Lead - Lean & Six Sigma

Warrens is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Practitioner to oversee the site CI plan and act as PMO for the site, supporting the Operational Excellence Strategy. You will drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People, encouraging colleague participation.

Based in Crick, England, the role involves coordinating with site teams and Regional CI Manager to deliver small projects, track benefits, and coach colleagues in CI basics and problem solving.
