As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking an exceptional Divisional Director to join our senior leadership team and help shape the future of primary care.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead operational delivery across a significant division of our organisation, working alongside Partners and senior clinical leaders to deliver safe, effective and financially sustainable services. You will play a key role in driving performance, supporting our teams and ensuring an excellent experience for both patients and staff.

Our multidisciplinary teams include Advanced Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Pharmacy Technicians, Mental Health Practitioners and Social Prescribers, all working together to provide seamless, patient-centred care.
