We have an exciting opportunity for a Showroom Manager role in a Luxury Goods and Jewelry company based in London. The high end store creates personalised statement handbags and accessories. The organisation is searching for a motivated and competent Showroom Manager.

• Pro active and self assured individual, comfortable working with an affluent and demanding client base.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Great communication and diplomatic skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong interest in details and aesthetics.
• Precise, well versed in high end client service.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful luxury goods expertise, preferably in leather products.
• Capable of understanding and anticipating the requirements of customers and delighting them with the service given.
• Word and Excel skills are required.
