We are looking for a Shop Supervisor to join S&PB Retail Ltd's teams operating across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire and Midlands areas.

• Managing day to day shop operations.
• Driving sales growth.
• Training, developing and motivating your team.
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Working alongside the Shop Manager to achieve all of the above.

Strong work ethic, hands on "can do" mentality, background in retail management and ideally experience within a food environment.

Deputy Shop Managers work 7:45am to 5:15pm.
