Service Project Manager (m/f/d) EMEA

• Extensive experience in project management.
• Solid professional experience in after sales, service coordination or technical customer support.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Willingness to travel in accordance with business requirements.
• Experience in working with data analytics platforms, ideally with Qlik Sense.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.

• Lead and support after-sales projects across the companys product portfolio, covering new service launches, new product ranges and process optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of service processes, documentation and systems.
• Collaborate closely with service partners, sales representatives and end customers to continuously enhance and optimize the after-sales service offering.
• Work in close coordination with the local service manager to ensure effective support during the launch of new service initiatives, including planning and execution of all relevant activities.
• Monitor and validate all prerequisites and essential steps required for the successful rollout of each program, ensuring readiness prior to go-live.
• Oversee program timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved and deadlines are met.
• Participate actively in all testing procedures to ensure thorough and effective validation processes.
• Lead the transfer and implementation of processes within the sales units, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
