Shop Supervisor - Join our team.

• Managing day to day shop operations.
• Driving sales growth.
• Training, developing and motivating your team.
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Working alongside the Shop Manager to achieve all of the above.

You will need to have a background in retail management, and ideally experience within a food environment - although this is not essential. Demonstrated strong work ethic and a hands on "can do" mentality are required.
