Shift Manager: Lead a Fast, Customer-First Team

Greggs in Bonnyrigg is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and prioritise customers. You'll cover the shop when the manager isn't available, motivate staff and ensure an excellent customer experience across in-store, delivery and online orders.

Typical shifts include inspiring the team to maintain high standards, serving customers promptly and warmly, preparing products, and keeping displays well-stocked and shop-presentable. 25 hours per week.
