Resident Liaison Lead - Window & Door Replacements

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support a window and door replacement programme across Bristol, Bath and Frome. You will be the main resident contact, coordinating visits, explaining works, and minimising disruption while liaising with site teams and contractors.

The role focuses on clear communication, resident support, and proactive problem resolution, with a strong emphasis on customer care and arranging access for works.
