Shift Manager - Lead a Customer-First Retail Team

Greggs in Prestonpans is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a shop team when the Store Manager isn't on duty. You'll motivate staff and ensure everyone has what they need to deliver an excellent customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You'll oversee shifts, serve customers quickly and courteously, prepare items, and ensure displays are stocked. A supportive, inclusive culture is part of Greggs' ethos.
