Shift Leader: Drive Customer Experience in Retail

Greggs in Diss is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Store Manager isn't around. You'll inspire and develop the team, ensure excellent customer service, and keep the shop well stocked and running smoothly across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You'll handle shifts, motivate colleagues, prepare products like sandwiches and manage ovens, maintain clean displays, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive culture.
