Sessional Youth Worker

Transform Communities Staffordshire CIC is looking for enthusiastic Volunteer Sessional Youth Workers to support activities for young people aged 7-14 across Bentilee and Weston Heights. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable youth work experience while helping young people build confidence, make friends, and take part in fun, inclusive activities.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside experienced staff, you will help deliver a range of activities, including:

• Sports and games
• Arts and crafts
• Food-related activities
• Youth club sessions
• Holiday programmes
• Community events
• Informal mentoring and encouragement

You'll help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where young people feel valued, supported, and able to participate confidently.

Previous youth work experience is not essential.

Training & Support

• Full training
• Ongoing support and supervisionValuable hands on youth work experience
