Services Business Process Automation - Staff Program Manager
Posted 1 hour 4 minutes ago by Humanoid
We are looking for a Staff Program Manager to own the Services Business Process Automation (BPA) function - the digital backbone of our Services organisation. BPA runs the Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) platform, the Business Intelligence and reporting layer, and the integration of our business applications with customer IT/OT ecosystems - all operating within the corporate IT governance framework.
This is a strategic, hands-on ownership role. You will define and own the BPA program and roadmap, lead cross-functional platform deployments end to end, and connect corporate digitalization strategy to on-the-ground Services execution. You will work closely with Services leadership, product and corporate IT, and external technology partners.
What You'll Do:Define, own, and continuously evolve the BPA roadmap: SLM platform strategy, BI architecture, process-automation priorities, and customer IT/OT integration.
Translate corporate digitalization objectives and Services business priorities into a structured, time-phased program with clear milestones and resource plans.
Lead cross-functional software deployments and platform integrations from requirement scouting to hypercare, applying Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and structured PMO practices.
Own the program-governance framework - risks, dependencies, change control, escalation, and steering-committee reporting - and track schedule, budget, adoption, data quality, and SLA impact.
Champion the Services Lean First KPI framework and ensure BI reporting reflects real operational progress across the whole Services organisation.
Manage vendor relationships, program budgets, and build-vs-buy-vs-integrate decisions for new BPA tools and platforms.
Act as the strategic interface between Services leadership, product leadership, and corporate IT - simplifying complex technical realities into clear business narratives for executives.
8-12+ years in digital/IT program management, with a track record of leading large-scale CRM, SLM, or ERP deployments.
Proven success managing complex cross-functional programs in mechatronics, industrial automation, robotics, field service, or advanced manufacturing.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program-management certification; Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master, or Kanban) is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of CRM and SLM platforms, BI architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience holding full budget accountability for digitalization programs.
Elite stakeholder communication - able to build consensus across diverse functional and executive stakeholders.
Exposure to humanoid robotics, cobots, or other advanced-technology industries.
Familiarity with service benchmarks in relevant industries.
Experience introducing BI as a shared intelligence layer across a multi-team organisation.
PMO tooling proficiency (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
30+ days off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas-New Year shutdown).
Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
