ServiceNow Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in CSM, ITSM, and SPM to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to enhance platform capabilities, automate workflows, build integrations, and support platform best practices in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across CSM, ITSM, and SPM.
• Build and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and workflows.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Manage and enhance CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and IT Asset Management capabilities.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and implement performance improvements.
• Support upgrades, patching, cloning, and platform administration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in CSM, ITSM, and SPM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and CMDB.
• Knowledge of Service Portal or UI Builder.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow CSA Certification required (CAD/CIS preferred).
