Service Technical Trainer: Engineer Training Lead UK&I

Finning (UK) Ltd is seeking a Service Technical Trainer to join the Learning and Development Team. You will create and deliver technical training for engineers across the UK & Ireland, coordinating with the service team and SMEs to ensure curricula meet CAT standards.

You will plan and deliver programmes using blended learning, keeping training safe, current, and aligned with company requirements. Strong mentoring and stakeholder engagement are essential for success.
