Senior Early Years Training Lead & Coach

Realise UK is seeking a Lead Trainer - Early Years to drive learning strategies and support for Trainers in the West Yorkshire area. This role includes stakeholder engagement with local employers, event representation, and ongoing developmental feedback.

You will monitor learner progress, guide Trainers, and collaborate with the Training Manager to forecast starts. The ideal candidate will lead with energy and a commitment to excellence in Early Years education.
