Service Desk Analyst
We're looking for an entry-level Technical Support Engineer to join a growing technical operations team supporting business customers with connectivity, telephony and IT services. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with a technical degree looking for their first role in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot basic networking, connectivity and IT issues
- Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution
- Escalate more complex issues to senior engineers
- Maintain accurate documentation and internal notes
- Work on-site with the team 5 days per week
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications or similar
- Strong interest in technology and problem solving
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, Routers, broadband, VoIP etc.)
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Able to work on-site Full time (access to a car is highly desirable)
Location: Near Southend-on-Sea
Working pattern: On-site, Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
Salary: £28,000 + benefits
