• Location: Colchester, UK (on site only)
• Salary: £12.75-£13.10/hour (depending on qualifications/experience)

Role Overview

You will support service users with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and companionship, helping them maintain independence in their own homes. The role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities
• Support with medication administration as per care plans
• Prepare meals considering nutritional and cultural needs
• Document care plans, health changes, and personal records accurately
• Safeguard vulnerable individuals and report concerns
• Attend training seminars and staff meetings

Candidate Profile

• Compassionate, attentive, and reliable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Right to work in the UK

Preferred

• Valid driving licence with access to a car
• Up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (support available if not held)
