Service Designer - UX

Service Designer - UX up to £650/day (Outside IR35) London - On-site (5 days/week)

We're looking for a Service Designer with strong UX experience to support a major Defence programme. This role is ideal for someone confident working in secure, fast-paced environments and shaping complex service journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end services across multiple channels.

• Map and improve user journeys based on research and operational needs.

• Work closely with developers, researchers, and Defence stakeholders.

• Clearly communicate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Strong background in service and UX design, ideally within Defence or secure settings.

• Skilled in service mapping (e.g. journey maps, blueprints).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

• Active DV Clearance is essential.

• Experience with Palantir is a plus.
