What you will be doing:

• Managing the customer journey from initial vehicle drop-off through to final collection, providing regular status updates throughout the day
• Handling inbound and outbound communications regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and workshop bookings
• Identifying and upselling value-added products and services (such as service plans, tyres, and accessories) tailored to customer needs
• Collaborating with factory-trained technicians to explain repair requirements clearly to customers
• Utilizing Keyloop and RTC systems to manage daily workshop schedules and customer records efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is essential
• Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (Keyloop/Kerridge, RTC, or similar) is highly desirable
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional telephone manner
