What is in it for you:- Salary: £30,000 - £42,000 per year (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities
- Hours: Full-time standard dealership shift pattern

- Managing the customer journey from initial vehicle drop-off through to final collection, providing regular status updates throughout the day
- Handling inbound and outbound communications regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and workshop bookings
- Identifying and upselling value-added products and services (such as service plans, tyres, and accessories) tailored to customer needs
- Collaborating with factory-trained technicians to explain repair requirements clearly to customers
- Utilizing Keyloop and RTC systems to manage daily workshop schedules and customer records efficiently
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is essential
- Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (Keyloop/Kerridge, RTC, or similar) is highly desirable
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional telephone manner
This role is based in Worthing, making it an easy commute from Brighton, Hove, Littlehampton, and Chichester.
