Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring servicing, maintenance, and repair work.
- Deliver a first-class customer experience, ensuring every customer receives a professional and personalised service.
- Clearly communicate vehicle work requirements, progress updates, and recommendations throughout the customer journey.
- Liaise closely with the Workshop Manager and Technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure all service processes are completed accurately and compliantly.
- Support the achievement of departmental performance and customer satisfaction objectives.
