About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the dealership-the vital link between customers and the workshop.

You'll manage customer relationships from start to finish, ensuring every experience is smooth, professional, and exceeds expectations. It's a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships
  • Managing bookings and coordinating service/repair work efficiently
  • Clearly explaining work required and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Promoting additional products and services
  • Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records using internal systems
  • Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
What We're Looking For
  • Previous automotive experience is essential
  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service/telephone-based roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Confident in selling and influencing
  • IT literate with good attention to detail
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a professional approach
