As a Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the dealership-the vital link between customers and the workshop.
You'll manage customer relationships from start to finish, ensuring every experience is smooth, professional, and exceeds expectations. It's a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing- Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships
- Managing bookings and coordinating service/repair work efficiently
- Clearly explaining work required and identifying upsell opportunities
- Promoting additional products and services
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records using internal systems
- Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Previous automotive experience is essential
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service/telephone-based roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Confident in selling and influencing
- IT literate with good attention to detail
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a professional approach
- Consistently high Customer Satisfaction (CSI) scores
- Strong ability to maximise revenue per customer visit
- Accurate and thorough data management
