Service Advisor - Customer Care & Workshop Liaison

Sytner MINI Wolverhampton is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to act as the vital link between customers and the workshop, providing outstanding care and guiding on vehicle servicing. You will keep customers updated and answer queries throughout, while liaising with technicians to ensure timely vehicle readiness.

This is a busy role where customer service comes first; training is provided through our in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses.
