Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders, waiter, waitress, to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by serving a variety of beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in mixology and your passion for hospitality will ensure that our patrons have a memorable time at our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve drinks and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
Upsell drinks and food items to maximise sales opportunities.
Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
Assist with food preparation as needed, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
Restock bar supplies and manage inventory levels effectively.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
Knowledge of culinary practices, particularly in food preparation and presentation.
Experience working in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
Ability to upsell products effectively, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Understanding of food safety regulations to maintain high hygiene standards.
Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.

Pay: £12.21-£16.00 per hour
