Job Description
Catering in Lutterworth is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our busy e-commerce fulfilment site. You will oversee Goods In, Picking, Replenishment, Packing, Returns and Despatch across multiple shifts, driving productivity and a safe, high-quality service for customers.
You will mentor Shift Managers and Team Leaders, manage labour and costs, and deliver operational excellence daily. This is a permanent, full-time on-site role with development opportunities.
