Senior Trust Manager, AP Executive, Guernsey

A privately owned independent trust company in Guernsey is hiring a Senior Trust Manager to run an allocated portfolio of international fiduciary clients and lead a team. The role combines day-to-day client management with team leadership, delegation and staff training, and requires a professional qualification (STEP or CGI/ICSA) plus a strong grasp of the Guernsey regulatory environment. A flexible-hours option is available for the right candidate. Note: this is a trust-company / service-provider role rather than a single family office direct hire.

The client is a privately owned independent trust company offering fiduciary services to a growing international client base. Key responsibilities include: daily management of assigned clients; team leadership, delegation and staff training; and building and maintaining client relationships.

Required qualifications: demonstrable leadership experience, preferably in private wealth; a professional qualification such as STEP or CGI/ICSA; a strong understanding of the Guernsey regulatory environment; and the right to live and work in Guernsey. A flexible-hours option is available for the right candidate.
