Discover how transformative growth accelerates impact.Meet the TeamThe Finance Department provides best-in-class advice, support, and control to Millennium's businesses and investors through an experienced and dedicated global team. Within Finance, the Fund Accounting team maintains the books and records for more than 35 Millennium entities and calculates the fund's official assets under management and rates of return. The team delivers highly accurate data that supports audited financial statements and investor reporting.What You'll Do• Complete month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and expense-related reconciliations across multiple legal entities.• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account variance analyses.• Reconcile and analyze trading activity across equities, fixed income, commodities, and derivatives.• Provide monthly support to the fund administrator and annual support to external auditors.• Partner with teams across and outside Finance, including Middle Office, Operations, and Investor Relations.• Contribute to management reporting and process-improvement initiatives that strengthen controls and procedures.What You Bring• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.• Three or more years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally within public or private accounting, hedge funds, private equity, or fund administration.• Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.• Clear written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Strong interpersonal and client-service skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
