Senior Test Manager - Disaster Recovery

Seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager to lead and steer comprehensive Disaster Recovery (DR) test cycles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, with proven expertise in business continuity and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish governance with stakeholders and define scope and objectives
• Prepare DR test plans, including resource allocation and scheduling with all parties
• Lead full DR test cycles: set up governance, coordinate stakeholders, manage execution, and deliver retrospective reporting
• Oversee test execution phases, ensuring alignment with key milestones such as DNA and MVB recovery
• Prepare and educate DevOps teams for DR activities
• Develop Run Books for Infrastructure and Application teams (as part of SRP documentation)
• Report DR test results and organise retrospectives
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline test cycles and enhance repeatability

Preferred Skills:

• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification
• Experience with Cybervault and infrastructure testing in hybrid cloud environments
• Proven record managing complex network infrastructure projects
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies
• Proactive leadership and stakeholder management
