Senior Technical Manager - Residential

Renowned residential developer seeking a Senior Technical Manager to join their business, providing quality new build mix-use residential schemes in prime locations across London.

The company has years of expertise in the construction industry with a strong financial backing, allowing them to function autonomously and secure new developments.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the Technical team is fully resourced with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities.
  • Engage with the management of the business and work effectively as part of the senior management team.
  • Provide a practical and cost-effective technical service to the company.
  • Ensure best practices are followed, costs are controlled, and the department maximizes revenue generation and contribution to the company's operating profit.
  • Responsible for producing technical design solutions encompassing site evaluation, architectural and engineering design, and provision of economically viable resolutions.
Key Attributes
  • Able to deliver projects from start to finish.
  • Enthusiastic and able to drive a team.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Experience in new build high-rise and reinforced concrete residential projects.
  • Degree-qualified in construction or equivalent.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow within the business.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal instruction.
  • Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
