We're working with one of the UK's most respected property companies, known for their high-quality service, landmark portfolios, and excellent staff retention.

They are currently seeking a Senior Surveyor to join their Commercial Property Management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

You'll be managing a prestigious portfolio of Grade A office and retail assets in Central London. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering exceptional property management across rent collection, service charge budgeting, and tenant relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of a Central London commercial portfolio
• Rent collection and arrears management
• Service charge budgeting and reconciliation
• Building strong relationships with tenants and contractors
• Ensuring the highest standards of asset performance and compliance

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Ideally MRICS qualification, but strong experience also considered
• Proven background in commercial property management
• Expertise in rent collection and service charge management
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-led approach
