Senior Surveyor - Commercial Property Management - 12 Months FTC
Location: Central London
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term
Salary: Up to £60,000
We're working with one of the UK's most respected property companies, known for their high-quality service, landmark portfolios, and excellent staff retention.
They are currently seeking a Senior Surveyor to join their Commercial Property Management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role
You'll be managing a prestigious portfolio of Grade A office and retail assets in Central London. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering exceptional property management across rent collection, service charge budgeting, and tenant relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of a Central London commercial portfolio
- Rent collection and arrears management
- Service charge budgeting and reconciliation
- Building strong relationships with tenants and contractors
- Ensuring the highest standards of asset performance and compliance
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Ideally MRICS qualification, but strong experience also considered
- Proven background in commercial property management
- Expertise in rent collection and service charge management
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-led approach
