We identify opportunities, critically question the existing, accompany and shape the future - fact-based, customer-centered, and closely aligned with the other X. We are looking for a personality for this diverse and experienced team X, who can make an impact with expertise, solid business experience, and convincing X at the C-level.You support management, particularly the CEO, in leading PostFinance and actively work in X. You are a sparring partner and idea provider for various business areas - your analyses, insights, and recommendations create clarity and direction. You bring passion for banking and/or payment solutions and, thanks to your business experience, become a trusted partner for the specialists. You develop and assess corporate strategies, always considering customers, market trends, technological changes, and the entire value chain. You conduct company valuations in X investment management and derive conclusions from them. You evaluate new growth potentials, examine new business fields, and identify trends in the market, customer, and competitive environment. You lead cross-functional project teams, structure complex issues, and present recommendations to top management.What you bringUniversity degree in business administration, finance or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Several years of experience in X payment - ideally in a similar context or understanding of business models, market mechanics, and financial correlations; experience in company valuation. Strong analytical skills, methodological security, and the ability to present complex content clearly. Excellent written and verbal communication - particularly in interaction with C-level and various stakeholder groups. High conceptual strength, team orientation, and joy in interdisciplinary collaboration.
