Role Overview

As a Technical Manager, you will oversee the technical operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and driving continuous improvement in product quality. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance production processes and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical department, ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations.
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to improve product standards.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Liaise with external bodies and customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical management role within the food industry, dairy would be ideal; chilled is a minimum.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and drive cross functional initiatives.
