NEW OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team, in our stylish cliff top restaurant in Barton on Sea. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences. As Sous Chef, you will support our Head Chef, Sam Hughes, in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. Experience

Proven supervisory experience within a professional kitchen environment.
Extensive background in food production, cooking, and food preparation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality settings.
Previous experience working in restaurants or similar hospitality establishments is highly desirable.
Competence in managing kitchen operations during high-pressure situations while maintaining quality standards. This role is ideal for motivated culinary professionals looking to further develop their leadership abilities within a vibrant hospitality setting.

Pay: £39,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
