SPA MANAGER: €55 000 - €60 000 per annum (work permit available)

We are recruiting for a Spa Manager for a luxury 5 star hotel in Ireland.

If you do not have an Irish passport a work permit can be arranged for the right person.

You will be managing a team of 12 - 18 people so will need to be confident in motivating others to succeed.

Facials and Massage are the most popular treatments and you must be willing to provide VIP treatments or help out when needed.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Spa Manager to join the team or for an Assistant Manager who is now ready to step up and work in a beautiful spa with an excellent reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Driving business to maximise revenue and elevate client experience
• Marketing and seasonal events to enrich client journey
• Brand Ambassador for the business
• Ensure client experience exceeds expectations
• Supporting the team and nurturing their growth
• Providing treatments as and when needed
• Meeting and exceeding targets
• Conduct regular team meetings to enhance communication and collaboration
• Work closely with the Hotel General Manager to create seamless experience for team members and guests alike

Package:

• Euros: - per year
• 2 hot meals a day whilst on duty

Accommodation:

• Staff accommodation available
• € 520 per month (all bills included)
