The RoleAs Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to lead a kitchen team that celebrates the beauty and integrity of Japanese produce. You will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of execution, contributing to menu development, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly during every service.
