The Role

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to lead a kitchen team that celebrates the beauty and integrity of Japanese produce. What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high end, fine dining or Michelin recommended kitchen.
  • Deep respect and knowledge of Japanese produce, seasonality, and culinary techniques.
  • An understanding of the cultural valuesthat shape Japanese hospitality and kitchen conduct.
  • Creative, hands on leadership with the ability to train and inspire junior chefs.
  • Strong organisational skills and calmness under pressure.
