We're looking for a hands on Senior Sous Chef who thrives in a fast paced kitchen, supports the team, and steps up with confidence. You'll be comfortable across all sections, quick to spot and report equipment issues, and always ready to jump in wherever needed. You love contributing to team goals, communicating with FOH and management and you've got a serious appetite for progression.
