The Operational Co-ordinator provides a support role in effective management cover for Ninewells Hospital during overnight hours, including the direct supervision of soft facilities staff on duty whilst ensuring that services are provided in accordance with agreed service standards within identified targets and to ensure strict maintenance of monitoring procedures for all services.

You must have the ability to work as part of a team, or on your own initiative, and possess effective communication skills. You must also have the ability to respond constructive to unpredictable situations and be focused and able to cope with working under pressure.

This is an opportunity for someone who has previous senior supervisory experience with a focus on staff management or educated with a relevant management qualification.

Necessary training to undertake the job will be provided.

Hours of work are: 12 hours per week / subject to support sickness / annual leave cover
