Senior Sous Chef - Lead a vibrant waterfront kitchen

Tŷ Hotel Milford Waterfront is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team in a vibrant Pembrokeshire setting. You'll mentor staff, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and support seasonal menu planning while managing stock and costs to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You'll bring NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, at least 3 years in a quality hotel or restaurant, and a calm, proactive approach under pressure.
