Overview

The role of Senior Sous Chef at a well respected, founder led restaurant in Central London. The position offers a fast paced environment, serving over 200 covers with modern British dishes crafted from exceptional ingredients.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall running of the kitchen and manage fast paced services for up to 200+ covers.
  • Prepare and cook modern British dishes in a menu that is well thought out but not overworked.
  • Mentor, develop and retain a close knit team of chefs.
  • Handle kitchen ordering and rota writing with financial awareness.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Senior Sous / Sous Chef within high end restaurants.
  • Proficiency in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP training.
  • A passion for being a foodie and using the best of British produce.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.

  • Salary £55K+ per annum.
