Job Description
Overview 
The role of Senior Sous Chef at a well respected, founder led restaurant in Central London. The position offers a fast paced environment, serving over 200 covers with modern British dishes crafted from exceptional ingredients.
Responsibilities- Oversee the overall running of the kitchen and manage fast paced services for up to 200+ covers.
- Prepare and cook modern British dishes in a menu that is well thought out but not overworked.
- Mentor, develop and retain a close knit team of chefs.
- Handle kitchen ordering and rota writing with financial awareness.
- Previous experience as a Senior Sous / Sous Chef within high end restaurants.
- Proficiency in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP training.
- A passion for being a foodie and using the best of British produce.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.
- Salary £55K+ per annum.
- 48 hours per week (mixture of shifts).
